Initiate Return Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and safety components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Dispatch via Carrier
Affix the provided RMA shipping label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned supplies, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
